Welcome
Dear Athletes / Instructors,
As of September 19, 2026. The MVTA NO LONGER WILL BE PROVIDING COMPETITION, There are so many new organizations, and tournaments, practically every weekend.
The needs have been met, competiton is alive and well. No Need for the MVTA anymore.
Thank you all for your support throughout the years.
I am proud of the 32 years I've given to the local Martial Athlete.
I plan to hold some local invitational karate events to allow folks to stay sharp and prepare for bigger events.
Respectful,
Doug Yates, President
Let it be known that the martial arts competitors have spoken and recognized the MVTA as the best Martial Arts Small Circuit / Division 1st Place for 2013. As voted on by the competitors through buckeyekarate.com & Buckey Karate Facebook Group .
